BECA Consultants initially refereed and recommended us to Heat Seekers Ltd as we had a technical project that required a systematic and specialised approach. After our initial meeting it was clear that Graham from Heat Seekers Ltd was the right person to complete this project and provide us with their Thermal Imaging service.
We chose them because Heat Seekers Ltd price for the project was competitive and we would receive the attention to detail and an in depth "scope of work" that we needed. Once Heat Seekers Ltd was engaged to carry out our project they firstly completed our Health & Safety requirements and implemented an onsite Health & Safety Plan. They then worked alongside numerous Auckland Museum staff from the different departments in carrying out thermal imagine, moisture testing, leak and moisture ingress and air infiltration and loss of control conditions.
All thermal images taken were subsequently analysed, documented and referenced. Full written reports and plans were provided including summary roles and a follow-up onsite consultation and debrief. We found Heat Seekers Ltd worked well with our staff and were professional at all times. They were also sensitive to the environment within which they were working.
Heat Seekers Ltd was thorough and methodical in their inspection. Their reporting was of a high standard and contained great detail of their findings.
